Dogs barked all night at the managers home behind our space. No WiFi at our site. Lots of long-term older RV's. Wouldn't stay again.

Wow!! For $30 a night with our Good Sam and players card from the casino, what a bargain this was! The park is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Perfectly beautiful landscaping, the nicest showers I have ever seen, fenced dog runs, great WiFi and cable, indoor pool, rec room, wonderful friendly staff! I would live there in a heartbeat if they allowed it! LOL!! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

We have been here two days and will be staying 14. First of all, I'm grateful that military bases provide an RV park for retired veterans! They don't have to! And for $14, if you receive full benefits, you have an excellent rec center across the street, a running track and field next to the RV park, a comfortable library with free WiFi and comfy chairs or private desks! The commissary, BX, bank, ATM, everything you need is within walking distance! I'm thrilled that I can use these parks - compared to what an RV "resort" would charge for the same services! And the location and scenery are wonderful. Howard was very gracious to us as was his assistant. So what if the hookups are a little awkward in some spots or the track light stay on late? If you don't like it, the commercial RV parks will gladly take your money!!

Beautiful, quiet, well kept park. Friendly staff. Nicely landscaped, clean, large sites with grassy area and picnic table in between. Convenient to city and Hwy. 101. A little highway noise but not too bad. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for two months and loved it. Beautiful landscaping, great cable and Wi-Fi, friendly owner and staff, nice workout room, large hot tub, beautiful setting across the street from the cliffs overlooking the Pacific. You could hear the waves and the sounds of the sea lions. Convenient to Trinidad and Eureka, within walking distance of Patrick's Point State Park and Agate Beach. Trinidad is a charming, beautiful city. DON'T MISS IT!! If you like privacy, they have large sites on a hillside where you have your own private deck and are at least 20 - 30 feet away from the next RV.
